RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, cables, and included components must be returned with the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Software licenses, activation codes, or digital products.
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products installed by the customer or a third party after delivery.

  • Programming and configuration services.
  • Site surveys and inspections.
  • Installation labor and related professional services once performed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos or video showing the problem.
  • Contact information.

We may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product is confirmed defective under normal use.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.

LIMITATION

KURUNKO.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
